Christie Road is an impressive custom home in Ladysmith. Its timber framing gives it the classic West Coast island look. We’re so happy to have given this young family a beautiful home to grow into.

 

The clients initially found their plans on Jenish, but needed help altering the plans to better align with their budget. The clients wanted a traditional West Coast style with timber framing and stone but couldn’t afford to do the entire home. We opted to limit the timber frame to the front balcony and soffit and then clad the front pillars in stone to give them those elements in the highest impact places.
