Whiting Way was constructed using ICF (insulated concrete form) making this beautiful custom home very eco-friendly to operate when it comes to heating or cooling. The exterior form is 2-1/2 inch of foam with 8 inch of concrete and then another 2-1/2 inch of foam. This makes keeping the inside temp very comfortable and affordable no mater what is going on outside with the added bonus of being very sound proof. The roof is a traditional wood truss system with added blow in insulation to help keep the efficiency the house.
