Wilcox Road is a unique custom home built in Saltair. The lot sits much lower than the road, which can cause many issues with rainwater. Because of this, we needed to consult with a geotech and work with them to develop a rainwater management system. Luckily, the clients wanted a low-maintenance landscape solution, so we created rockscapes that doubled as a splash pad containing the rainwater. We continued this in the backyard with a rock walk feature.

The clients wanted to use a big box store's kitchen cabinets and bath cabinets to save money. While we typically don’t recommend this, it worked well for the client. We did need to provide additional project management to ensure the final product was up to our standards. In the end, the client was happy to have saved some money, and we were able to work collaboratively with the trades to make their choice work.
